SaaSLeague ("we", "us", "our") operates the software league table at saasleague.lol. By listing a product, placing a bid or otherwise using the site you agree to these Terms and Conditions.
SaaSLeague is a paid-rank leaderboard with a permanent, categorised software index underneath it. Bids determine placement on the board and, for the top options, a timed exclusive hold of the number one slot. The service is offered on a pay-per-bid basis with no subscriptions and no automatic renewals.
You must be able to enter a binding contract and you must own or represent the product you list. One listing per product. A product becomes publicly listed only after a payment for it has cleared. If a product is already listed, anyone may pay towards it, and every payer's bid is added to that product's banked total.
The minimum bid is $5. Bids are cumulative: your past bids are never lost, each new payment is added to your product's banked total, and placement follows that total.
If a paid hold is displaced by a higher option, the remaining time is banked and resumes automatically once the newer hold ends. A bid does not buy editorial coverage, guaranteed traffic, guaranteed conversions or a guaranteed permanent position.
Prices are shown in US dollars, exclusive of any local taxes that the payment processor may add at checkout. All payments are processed securely by our third-party payment processor, which acts as merchant of record and issues your receipt. We never see, collect or store your card details. Payments are one-time charges: there are no subscriptions, no trials and no automatic renewals.
Delivery is immediate and digital. Once the payment is confirmed, your listing goes live, your banked total increases and any timed top slot starts. Because placement is delivered instantly, bids are final and non-refundable, except in the cases set out in our Refund Policy (undelivered, duplicate, incorrect or unauthorised charges, and anything required by law). Refund requests go to aatir.uae@gmail.com within 14 days of the charge and are answered within 2 business days.
No illegal, deceptive, malicious or adult products, no scraped or misleading descriptions, and no impersonation. You are responsible for the accuracy of everything you submit and you confirm you hold the rights to the name, logo and copy you upload. We may remove, edit or refuse any listing at our discretion.
Automated upvotes, click fraud, duplicate listings and attempts to game the trending signals result in removal without refund.
When you submit a URL we fetch publicly available page metadata and may use AI models to draft a tagline and summary, which you can edit before publishing. SaaSLeague is an independent product and is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by Google, OpenAI, Anthropic or any other provider. All trademarks belong to their respective owners.
The service is provided as is. Counts, timers and trending figures are best-effort and may lag. We do our best to keep the site online but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, SaaSLeague shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, arising from your use of the service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the thirty days before the claim.
We collect only what we need to run your listing and bids. Payment processing is handled entirely by Creem. For details, see our Privacy Policy.
We may update these terms at any time. Material changes will be reflected in the date above and continued use of the service constitutes acceptance.
